I was so excited to be asked to shoot a gig in Tokyo… Ever since I started out it’s been somewhat of an ambition. Made even better when you know the gig you’re going out to cover is going to be a beauty.

I was also lucky enough to be sharing the trip with Niall Doherty, Q’s reviews editor.  Someone I’d got to know rather well on our adventures in Brazil.

Many hours of travelling passed and we reached our hotel room in a daze, staring out across a rather famous road crossing. It’s all quite over whelming, so much to take in, and insanely exciting at the same time.
